This experience has helped provide a launch pad for our team in establishing the rules of engagement, and with everyone putting forth the effort, there is no obstacle, challenge or conflict that we cannot overcome together.

Thank you ladies so much for the training and for helping us begin the conversation with our administrative team and with our teacher leaders. I’m optimistic that we will see amazing things happen this year because of Brilliant People and our commitment to lean into each other and communicate in each other’s native language.
I know that sometimes the type of work you do doesn’t always get the instant encouragement that it deserves, but I heard so many conversations yesterday with the teacher leaders who really want to know where the rest of their team is on the DiSC because they feel everything would be more productive. Those are the “ownership” type of conversations that I love to hear.

The content was extremely relevant and timely for the work our team does across our district’s 50+ campuses. And it resonated beyond the workplace.
I absolutely feel that the Brilliant People™ programs should be systemic throughout Round Rock ISD. They are true value-adds to conversations about self and team growth. The tools and facilitation bring out intentional self-reflection and provide a safe venue to have conversations about personality, teaming, and other relevant topics. The content of the training sessions is meaningful and practical but what makes it effective is the level of expertise Whitney brings as a trainer as well as the high level of engagement from the participants. We had a blast during the multiple occasions our department worked with her. I highly recommend Brilliant People for your school and/or your department.
